The rules that apply when you order from RAVEN BOX.
Who we are
RAVEN BOX is a small studio in Tunisia that sells hand-wrapped gift boxes through this website.
Orders
When you place an order, we call you to confirm it. The order is accepted once we have confirmed it with you. We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if a box is no longer available or if the details look wrong.
Boxes are sold whole
Each box is sold as one package. The contents listed on the box page are what you receive. We may replace an item with a similar one if it becomes unavailable, and we will tell you when we call.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars. You pay in cash to the delivery person when the box arrives. The delivery fee is shown before you place your order.
Promo codes
A promo code gives the discount shown in your order summary. It can have a minimum order, an end date or a limited number of uses. We can stop a code at any time.
Delivery
Delivery follows the Delivery page. If the delivery person cannot reach you, we will contact you to arrange another delivery.
Problems with an order
If something is wrong, follow the Returns page and contact us promptly.
