Where we deliver

We deliver across Tunisia, to the address you enter at checkout.

What it costs

The delivery fee depends on your governorate. You see it in the order summary before you place your order. When your order reaches the free-delivery amount, delivery is free, and your cart shows how much is left to reach it.

How it works

After you order, we call you within 12 hours to confirm the order and the delivery details. Once confirmed, we wrap your box by hand and send it, and your box arrives within 72 hours maximum after the confirmation call.

Paying on delivery

You pay the delivery person in cash when the box arrives. Please have the amount ready.

Please be reachable

The delivery person will call you before arriving. If nobody answers the phone or is at the address, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

When the box arrives

Check the box when you receive it. If it is damaged or something is missing, tell us as described on the Returns page.
